It’s a huge day for Tarts today ❤️ Our beautiful Baylee has officially signed off as a Qualified Chef today 🙌 This one is very close to my heart, starting with us when she was only 13, signing on as an Apprentice when she was 16, and now signing her off with a big blooming tick. Baylee, you are an absolute gem and are going to continue blossoming and rock this world. Words can never tell you how grateful I am to have you in my life, on my team and you are part of my family. I will always treat you as one of my own. So PROUD of the chef you are, the leader you have proven to be, and how much pressure you can handle is something you should be so proud of. Also for everything you do for me outside of the kitchen, I am very very lucky. Congratulations my girl 🙌❤️

What a Week! The hardest on our calendar for the year for sure, this week never fails to disappoint in absolute hard yakka. Long days and nights, planning, logistics, blood, sweat and tears. THANKYOU to my beautiful hard working and supportive team who made this week feel seamless. No complaints, just heads down, bottoms up. Thanks to all our wonderful clients who ordered and/or came into the shop and purchased from us. We are very lucky to have you! This mumma is exhausted, but so grateful for the people that support me and my biz. Happy Mothers Day to all the beautiful mummas out there kicking goals even when you feel like you aren’t, on the good days and the bad. You are superstars 💫 🥰❤️🙌
