1st Wednesday of school hols.
9am-12 noon
Cooks take home a heart shaped Lemon Tea Cake and enjoy scones with Strawberry Jam and Chantilly Cream for morning tea. ( Both made by little fingers of course with finest produce available.) Workshop capped at 10 budding cooks and age no deterrent. Extra help provided and all necessary clearances current. Feel free to pm this page or comment below.

The colours we cook with stimulate the senses and promote creativity. When the brain of a young person is creatively engaged, a hormone is triggered that relaxes anxious feelings. I often watch kids faces when they cook and im always moved by the complete presence in the moment.

It's nearly school hols again and there is a new addition for all to play with. Please brainstorm your kids or teens ideas for cooking and I will put together some workshops. I'm passionate about individual needs for all and happy to work one on one or one and a friend or sibling. Let's make beautiful food together and empower our kids.
