Our next event is in a few short weeks and is a completely new menu built for our very first Medieval Fayre 🏰

First new menu item is Buffalo and Barley soup. To add layers of flavour we start with smoking the bones to make stock 🙀

We make the soup with Buffalo meat and Mirapoux (classic French carrot, onion, celery mix), loads of butter and Barley grains.

This soup is hearty, nourishing, filling and delicious 🤤

It will be available with a side of crusty bread, lashings of butter and cheese 🧀 classic medieval food!

Prey for me 🙏

Mullewa Rodeo is approaching at lightening speed and we are grating our in house smoked cheese today.

This is about 30kgs of cheese 🧀 it’s hard work but totally worth the end result.

We are going to be at the camp ground this year so we will be there from mid day Friday 👌🏻👌🏻

We have been cooking on mass to get ready for the long weekend!
