A LITTLE UPDATE FROM TWO GROUPERS SEAFOOD

Unfortunately, our lovely fish van lady, Deb, was involved in an accident over the weekend and will be out of action for a little while.

We’re sending Deb all our love and wishing her a smooth recovery.

In the meantime, the wonderful team at Two Groupers Seafood will be keeping things running and bringing the van out for us on Saturdays.

Due to the change in circumstances, Tuesday visits will be on hold for the time being, and we will keep you updated on their return.

💙 THE FATHER’S DAY DAD ACTUALLY WANTS… 💙

Forget the fancy restaurant.
Forget spending half the day in the car.
Forget making Dad sit through a three-hour lunch when he’s secretly thinking about everything he could be getting done at home. 😂

Because if your Dad is anything like ours, his perfect Father’s Day probably looks a little more like this…

✔️ Spend some time with the family
✔️ Eat something bloody delicious
✔️ Get the weekly fruit & veg shop done
✔️ Still have most of the day left to do whatever HE wants
✔️ And, most importantly… be home in time for the arvo nap 😂

Now THAT is Father’s Day done right.

This Father’s Day, we’re keeping things easy at Macri’s Fruit Shed. 🌳🌸

Our stonefruit trees are bursting into beautiful blossom, so we’ll pop a few tables and chairs out amongst the trees for you to sit, eat and enjoy a relaxed little celebration with Dad.

🇮🇹 Presto Panini will be here serving up delicious Italian goodness, so whether Dad is a breakfast, brunch, lunch or arvo-tea kind of bloke, simply drop in, grab something delicious and enjoy some family time without making a whole-day production out of it.

Then grab your fruit & veg for the week while you’re here and send Dad home happy.

No fancy fuss.
No wasting the whole day.
No Dad asking “how much longer are we staying?” 😂

🚨 HAS ANYONE SEEN OUR SIGN? 🚨

Sometime last Monday or Tuesday, our Macri’s Fruit Shed sign that was positioned out the front of the Gidgegannup Bakery was taken.

The sign was attached to a tyre and we have confirmed that it was not removed by Main Roads — so unfortunately, it appears someone has decided to take it.

If anyone happened to see anything, knows where it may have ended up, or has any information at all, we’d really appreciate you letting us know. Even if you’d prefer to message us privately.

We do make our signs ourselves in-house, but there is still a cost in materials and quite a bit of time involved in making them, which we’d much rather not have to unnecessarily spend replacing something that was already there.

If whoever has taken it happens to see this — we’d simply appreciate it being returned. No questions asked.

And if anyone noticed anything unusual around the bakery last Monday or Tuesday, please send us a message. ❤️
