⭐️ Attention to our followers ⭐️

Yesterday we became aware of a tragic event that has befallen close personal friends of ours. Bill and Elaine Robinson have tragically lost their house and all of their belongings to a fire.

Bill & Elaine have been pillars of the poultry community for many years now in the Mudgee area as well as active members of the RFS. This is an awful thing to have happened and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.

The link below is for a go fund me to help support Bill & Elaine through this difficult period of time. If you are able to make a donation, please do, otherwise please feel free to share this post. Bill & Elaine need all the support they can get and any donation would be incredibly gratefully received.

Our first lot of guinea fowl eggs for the year have been set.

The girls are laying consistently now so let’s just hope for some good fertility rates.

We’ve been a bit quiet on our socials lately! There’s been a lot happening in the background and we have a few bits of news that we’re excited to share with you in the near future.

For now we have a few birds available as now that breeding season is in full swing, we’re going to need those cages!

White silkie quad (1 male 3 females)
These are pet quality due to faults that rule them out as show birds. Lovely little chooks and will make great kids pets.

🎉NSW Indian Game Club Show 🎉

On Saturday Pagan travelled down to Harden for the first time to take part in the NSW Indian Game Club Show. With penning on the Friday night and then off to the club dinner and what a wonderful night it was. Thank you to the other members for being so welcoming.

Saturday was a chilly start and a chilly day all over but what a welcoming and warm group of people there were in the shed. Pagan said she learned so much and even came away with a few placings in some very competitive classes.

Thank you and congratulations to the committee for all their hard work and for a well run show. We’ll definitely be back again.
