🍞🥖 A big thank you to Derek Michael Hughes for sharing these stunning loaves baked with our Gingin Flour Mill stone-ground Atta & Wholemeal flours.
His olive sourdoughs look absolutely incredible — crusty on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside. Derek says:
“I am enjoying this stone ground flour in my bread making. The finely ground Wholemeal produces a really nice bread. My latest is a sourdough 50% Gingin Atta flour olive bread.”
