Our family has been farming in this region for four generations. We have always innovated and looked for sustainable solutions in agriculture, but in the last couple of years we have made the leap of faith and transitioned to regenerative farming that serves our local community. We believe in looking at our production and asking 'how do we grow happy hens?' rather than 'what'

Pasture-raised beef, lamb, and eggs

After decades on the farm we've become fiercely committed to farming in a way that works with nature, not against it.

Our animals heal the land. We move our livestock in a paddock rotation system mimicking the migrations of large herbivores prior to human intervention. This means our cattle, sheep and laying hens always eat fresh pasture and can spread their nutrients evenly across the land. The system ensures we have an enormous diversity of grass species and our animals enrich the top soil with their foraging, manure and disturbance.

The most wholesome tasty and nutritious meat come from livestock that live the way nature intended. We don't use antibiotics, insecticides, drenches or artificial hormones.
