Who is Croque en Bouche? We have an exciting time ahead of us!

My name is Samuel, and I'm a 5 Star fine dining trained and qualified French chef. I passed my chef diploma just outside Paris in one of the most reputable chef-school. From a young age, I have been passionate about food, making good food and eating good food!!! I have travelled a fair bit with my trade, which I enjoyed as it gave me the opportunity to discover new food all the time. But no matter

where I lived, I have always needed my French pastry fix….
18 years ago I landed in Australia and this was the start of a great adventure for me. After living a few years in Melbourne and enjoying all the things the city had to offer (including food) I felt in love with the country, the people and the culture. Later life took me to Gladstone, where a new chapter started
I felt like Gladstone was the place I wanted to use my skills and knowledge in traditional French pastries and dessert to share my passion with the world. I want to bring a taste of France to Gladstone and take the city on a sweet and decadent adventure with a French touch.

I’m pressing pause on orders for a little while as I take some time to reset and prepare for a fresh start in the new year. While this means I won’t be taking orders for the moment, I’m already looking forward to returning with beautiful French treats for you all.

Thank you so much for your kindness, support, and enthusiasm for my pastries it truly means the world.
