No sunday roast this week sorry guys, worked today and got back to late, had dinner with the family instead which was great, hope everybody has had a cracking fathers day weekend, and all the dads were able to get there bbq on 👌👌

Broke out the fire pit for this one,
Is there anything better then a b**r on a sunday afternoon, while the kids are running a muck in the yard and dinner is cooking over the fire? Hard to beat it really.

Episode 9 of our sunday roast series

Bbq & plum glazed chicken!!

Got some bundaberg spice company marinates from The Food Prep Group in Bundy, and have been having a play around with them lately.

Today I used there bbq plum glaze, and it is unreal on chicken.
Marinated for a couple hours, then smoked for 3 hours at 275f, served with some simple veggies, this is definitely a must try.
