What a wonderful afternoon we had at our Biggest Morning Tea yesterday! ☕💛

With plenty of conversation, laughter, progressive raffles, a “guess the number of teabags” competition, a tour of the Community Garden and LOTS of delicious food, it was such a lovely way to bring people together while supporting an important cause.

We are incredibly excited to share that together we raised an amazing $1008.50 for the Cancer Council!

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated, helped organise the day, donated raffle prizes, baked, served food and supported the event in any way. Community events like this truly show the power of people coming together.

Hopefully this was the first of many! 💛

Heather Wieland AM, Heather Jensen, and Sharon Morris were honoured to be invited to attend a special dinner with the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM, Governor of Queensland, along with Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett and Glenn Butcher, Member for Gladstone. The evening provided a wonderful opportunity to connect and share in such a distinguished setting. The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended, leaving lasting memories of a truly special occasion.

We’re getting excited for our butterfly workshop this weekend!
If you’re planning to bring kids along, please pop an RSVP in the comments or send us a quick message — we’ve got some little presents and hands-on activities planned just for them.

We just want to make sure we have enough goodies, craft supplies, and butterfly-themed surprises for everyone.
