The countdown to coffee o'clock is on!

Thursday is almost here and that means your favourite Australian-grown coffee is waiting.

Whether you're loyal to a:

Or something a little different, we'll have it ready and waiting.
All that's left for you to do is find a seat, soak up the views and enjoy every sip.

We knew we had a few feathered friends around... but 26 different bird calls in one morning?!

After our kookaburra visitor stopped by recently, Lisa downloaded Cornell University Bird App called Merlin Bird to see who else might be hanging around Glasshouse Plantation.

The result? A surprising 26 different bird species detected from the back deck alone!

Some were familiar faces, while others, like the Treecreeper, were a complete surprise.

With native forest across the road, creeks nearby and plenty of habitat to explore, it's no wonder our local birdlife loves calling this place home.

Turns out a visit to Glasshouse Plantation comes with a side of birdwatching too!

Bottom left - Rainbow Lorikeet

While you're enjoying our winter specials, Chef Ilario has been busy behind the scenes turning Queensland Blue Pumpkins into something special.

Warm, comforting and packed with flavour.

Served with ricotta, cheese and caramelised onion.

The best part? The pumpkins are grown by Farmer Paul right here at Glasshouse Plantation.
