A little update to our Cellar Door hours 🍷

We’re taking a short break to visit family so our cellar door opening hours are a little different this week and next..

The lovely Mandy will be in charge over the weekend so if a Granite Belt weekend is calling, come and settle in for a tasting, discover something new, and enjoy a little time at Jester Hill. ❤️

Fri 11 Sept — 10am–5pm
Sat 12 Sept — 10am–5pm
Sun 13 Sept — 10am–5pm

We’ll then be closed Monday 14 – Wednesday 16 September, before returning to our normal opening hours from Thursday 17 September.

🍷 10:08pm. Backtrack three months and this was the last job before bed.

Winemaker Mick’s doing the evening pump-over on Roland the Farter… circulating the fermenting w**e over the grape skins to build colour, flavour and character.

It’s been a flat-out day, but during vintage, the w**e doesn’t stop just because the clock says so.

Who’s curious where the name Roland the Farter came from? 😂👇
