Friday night feast = lamb ribs!

👩‍🍳Cooking tips:
1. Cover in a sauce or dry rub
2. Cook over 2-3hrs at a low temperature (BBQ, oven or smoker)
3. Let them rest for 20-30mins

Serve with chips, salad and a hand towel for wiping fingers on! 😋

These lamb ribs were done in our smoker over 3hrs at approx 110C and then rested for 20mins.
