Temperance Restaurant pays homage to Renmark’s late 19th-century prohibition movement, while celebrating the produce, people and stories that define the Riverland today.
Led by Executive Chef Anthony Cresp, Temperance presents a curated series of signature dining experiences built around seasonality, provenance and thoughtful technique.
As part of the Winter Beef Sessions, Temperance welcomes 919 Wines for an evening celebrating house-butchered beef and locally crafted wine. A three-course menu will showcase a considered selection of beef cuts, prepared using techniques designed to highlight flavour, texture and the quality of the produce.
Guests can tailor the experience with optional canapés and dessert, alongside an optional 919 Wines pairing featuring a selection of wines chosen to complement each course.
A celebration of winter dining, local craftsmanship and Riverland character.
