I wana share the reason why I closed down for the last few months… those who were with me from the start know I am a fitness coach, one of my dreams was to compete in bodybuilding… at the begging of the year I started to prep and in September I was finally onstage competing in my first ever body building competition… the experience was tough, I had a lot of hurdles to overcome personally but I got there in the end..
