Tierra Bulk Foods was born in 2019 to offer the essence of our beloved cuisine and lifestyle to our local farmer’s markets here in Oz. Our childhoods were spent going to markets with our mothers and grandmothers; greeting the shopkeepers who knew exactly where their food came from and how it was made. We want to support our community and recreate these fond memories by bringing wholesome, real pan

try staples inspired by all the coastal cities and towns along Southern Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East — right to your table.

Getting them down wasn’t exactly part of the official warehouse procedure… but let’s just say our very unofficial Tierra jumps got the job done. 🏃‍♀️💨 Because when you know there are cashews waiting up there, you do what you have to do!

Our Monday is our Sunday. 🌞

An empty pot of arroz caldoso is probably the best proof of a very successful day. ❤️

This one was made with Movida’s shellfish fumet and enjoyed slowly with family, happy smiles, clothes hanging in the background, and one of those beautiful outdoor days that makes you stop and appreciate the simple things.

Our Sundays just happen to be Mondays. Because when you work in food, weekends look a little different. And that’s okay.

A full table, an empty pot, good food, sunshine and the people we love, that’s our kind of Sunday. 🥘🦐☀️

30 hours/week | Tuesday–Saturday | Burleigh Heads

Tierra Bulk Foods is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.
This is a key role in our operation, helping keep everything moving behind the scenes and ensuring our weekly farmers markets are set up for success.

What you'll be doing:
• Preparing vans and organising products for our weekly farmers market, your core responsibility
• Coordinating stock control and maintaining accurate inventory
• Overseeing the receiving, storage and dispatch of food products
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and operating to high food safety standards
• Supporting efficient warehouse systems and processes
• Monitoring and working towards clear KPIs
• Leading by example and helping create a positive, productive team environment
This is a dynamic, hands-on role with a variety of tasks and changing rhythms throughout the week, no two days look exactly the same.

What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in a warehouse and/or supervisory role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and leads by example
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of food safety and warehouse standards is highly regarded

The role:

🕒 30 hours per week
📅 Tuesday to Saturday
