This is why our cookies may not last as long on shelves as others.

1. The higher moisture content that gives our cookies their soft signature New York style texture, means that they aren’t able to sit on the shelf as long as the drier cookie styles.

2. We dont add any ingredients to artificially extend their shelf life.

We believe a fresh cookie is best, without compromising our style or ingredients to make them last longer!
