Dehydrated Limes to store in your pantry all year. They are great for adding to water and teas, flavour tea blends, garnishing cocktails and mocktaiks, making lime powder to add to baked goods, and so much more!

Classic Margarita

Fresh lime juice, triple sec, and good tequila are all you need to make the best margarita possible

Ingredients

✨1 lime wedge, plus 2 Dehydrated Lime wheels for garnish

✨1 tablespoon coarse salt or blitz dehydrated lime wheels for glass rims

✨120ml tequila
✨60ml Cointreau
✨45ml fresh juice from 2 limes

Directions

Run lime wedge around the outer rims of 2 rocks glasses and dip rims in salt or blitzed dehydrated Lime wheels - Set aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice.

Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds
(the bottom of a metal shaker should frost over).

Fill glasses with fresh ice and strain margarita into both glasses.
Garnish with our very own Dehydrated Lime Wheels and serve.
