We’ve just received delivery of a hard to get Loire Valley producer we needed you to meet! Say hello to Domaine du Collier, the brainchild of Antoine Foucalt and Caroline Boireau.

Founded in 1999 and based in the Saumur region, these w**es are farmed biodynamically and without chemicals in the vineyard, their low yielding Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc vines producing exceptional w**es of clarity and depth.

For Chenin and Cab Franc drinkers, these are a must-try. Pop into SOMM and we’ll happily talk you through the expressions on offer.
