Hi, I’m Dani, the cake artist behind Baked by Dani Australia, based on the Gold Coast.
I love creating cakes that spark joy and tell a story, each one a little moment of happiness, full of flavour and personality.
For me, the magic isn’t just in how a cake looks, it’s in the smiles it brings and the memories it helps create.
I also love taking the time to understand each client’s vision, exploring their ideas and expectations until we shape the perfect cake for their celebration.

From a simple everyday cake, a classic bem casado, a rich honeycake, to a fun birthday cake or an elegant wedding cake, every creation is brought to life with passion, creativity, and flavour.

We have so many exciting projects coming up in April, including our in-person course and the returning Cake and Sip events, plus a special wedding project for couples planning their big day.
