We have been producing the best poffertjes for over 11 years

Traveling to major events and festival in the northern rivers and south east Queensland, over 40 different events a year from woodford folk festival to school fetes. Our menu -

Salted caramel and local macadamia nuts
Chocolate homemade
Maple syrup and butter
Strawberry puree
Banana caramelized with maple syrup and cinnamon

All served

with fresh strawberries and optional ice cream-or cream...

We do awesome milkshakes-chocolate, caramel, chai, vanilla, strawberry. Our trailer is the latest in design and quality-control, latest health requirements. So if you need to book us you will not be disappointed... We only use bio gradable packaging completely recyclable....
