Inducting the local rural fire brigade on pump operation at our other source that is used for bulk water.

They have unrestricted access to water wherever and whenever needed. We pride ourselves on being a family run business that gives back to our local community.

Saying that. From now till the end of June we will be donating one load a week (13,000l) to a family in need (tamborine mountain residence only) only required to cover the transport costs.

We had the pleasure of donating water to help SES crew in simulation training in water diversion.
This was done on site.

They required a strong flow to simulate a flooding house and the task was to divert water .

We actively work with our community.

The local rural firies also have unrestricted access to our source in times of need.

COVID-19 UPDATE

the team at Tamborine spring water has been very busy catering to the needs of the community

For customers please leave empty bottles at the front door as soon as it's taken off the dispenser. This virus struggles to live more then 24 hours on plastic surfaces so if there was to be an infected individual in the house it will almost certainly be dead by the time we pickup.

We have a sanitizer that we spray bottles before putting in our van. Once again if there is anything it will definatly be dead by now.

Once in the factory, the bottles are cleaned with high pressure jets injecting them with a hot detergent (~80°c) designed for these bottles for a period of 1 minute
Step two involves high pressure Injection of peroxitane which is a food grade sanitizer (45 seconds)

The final step the bottles are rinsed with filtered spring water (30 seconds) rinsing out leaving no residue of any cleaning products behind.

They are then stored for delivery the next day.

Our driver then thoroughly sanitizes himself prior to loading them in our van to then be distributed.

Our ivan is also sanitised at the end of each day allowing no room for cross contamination between delivery days.

Key notes for all clients!

We have refused orders of new customers trying to stockpile so that we are able to continue to cater to our exsisting clients...

Our promise to all exsisting clients is that you will not have any issues recieveing your orders throughout this period so there is no need to worry or up your orders, doing so will cause an imbalance and affect others (also we won't allow it) order what you need for the fortnight/month and we will keep showing up. We have backup drivers and practice the highest standards of hygiene.

We are confident in our practises and ask you to have confidence in us.

We wish you all to take care of yourselfs and the ones you love. This is a time were everyone needs to stickup for one another.

Birchgrove Nursery being the locals go to for all things plants. We have proudly partnered up with this lovely local family run business in setting up a refill station which promotes the fight against single use plastic bottles.

Next time you're up on tamborine mountain don't forget to bring a bottle with you and be sure to check them out!
They have a nice little cafe and sell some home goods as well!

We are activley working with and for our local community!!

This current project we have partnered up Tamborine Mountain Plastic Free in setting up refill stations in the local businesses.

Here you can refill your bottle for a margin of the cost to buying a normal bottle of water that will eventually go into landfill.

By the end of this week we will have 5 refill stations up and running!🙏🏻💧💧💧

So if you or anyone you know is heading up for a hike don't forget to bring a bottle to refill and stop single use plastics polluting our waterways and land!

This is Elijah one of the young members of our community. He is 14 and working towards his advance diving certificate.

Elijah is seeking some sponsors to help with his journey. tamborine spring water is currently sponsoring Elijah to help fund some diving gear that is required for His course.
