Cakes By Mindy specializes in Custom made cakes for all occasions. I pride myself in listening to and understanding my clients needs. I strive to create the best possible cake for every situation and fit in with my clients budget and needs. I enjoy using good quality ingredients, including free range eggs, to create great tasting cakes as well as great looking ones. I also cater to many dietary re

quirements including Gluten, Dairy and Soy free cakes. I grew up with my mum being Coeliac (extremely sensitive to gluten) and learned how important it is not to cross-contaminate foods. When cooking for dietary restricted cakes, I don't cook any standard cakes on the same day. This way there will be no risk of contamination. I started decorating cakes in 2002 and have absolutely loved it. I have a great client base and love the satisfaction of delivering what my clients want and more. I decided to come out of retirement to create a baby shower cake for a special couple.

Gluten free, Dairy free Dark chocolate mud cake, double height. Hand made flowers, rope and elephant. Fun marbling with hand painted edible gold paint. And a personal message on the back, just for my friends.

All created to match the balloons chosen and the theme for the day. Thank you Lisa and Sanjay for trusting me with this. It’s been so long since I have made a cake, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was my pleasure to create this for you both. đŸ˜‡
