A little update from behind the scenes because it’s been a crazy few weeks over here! 😂

5 and a half weeks later and we’re STILL without our commercial pastry sheeter lol. 😭

Which means Antonio has been starting work 2–2.5 hours earlier than usual every night, and every single pastry you’ve been enjoying has been made completely by hand. 💪🥐

Not exactly ideal when you’re running a French bakery hahaha.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed that we finally hear some good news from insurance this week! 🤞😂

Anyway, despite the chaos, the pastries are still coming out, the coffee is flowing and we’re so grateful you’re all keeping us busy! ❤️

Tuesday morning, another week at MFP 🤟🏻

Our sheeter broke two weeks ago, so these pastries have taken even more time, work and love than usual 😅🥐

Still showing up, still laminating, still making everything from scratch.

Very proud of what comes out of this little bakery every week.
