"i heart cakes" is situated on the Gold Coast. With 10 years experience as a pastry chef Casey will work with you to create a sweet creation to remember.

Food is my passion and there's nothing I enjoy more then putting my sweet creations onto someone's plate and watching their face light up. I want to share this joy with you and your loved ones and promise to put as much love into your cake as I would for my own family and friends. With my extensive knowledge as a pastry chef and my experience in a wide range of restaurant and catering environments

, ranging from large hotels such as the Sofitel Brisbane to intimate desert restaurants such as Freestylers Tout Brisbane, you will be rest assured that I have been trained to deliver a product that is only of the highest standard and quality. Together with my food knowledge I'm also an avid crafter and pride myself in my attention to detail and my very keen eye for color and design. Let me work closely with you to create a cake that is made from the finest ingredients, one that will wow your guest and one that tastes so good it will melt in your mouth. Casey.
