Are you team Coffee?
Team Matcha? or
Team Ceramics?

Regardless,

Trading early morning screen time for real rituals actively lowers your stress hormones, sparks creative problem-solving and equips you for a focused day.

A reminder that a great day isn't built on how fast you run – it's built on how mindfully you started 🌿

So skip the morning scroll and treat yourself to a calm, mindful start 🤍
