Mama's Crazy Kitchen is run by Erin Cowling, who started baking back in 2010 when she found herself enamored with Duff Goldman and the TV Show 'Ace of Cakes'. After making cakes for friends and family for several years, Erin entered and won the 2013 American Express 'Realise Your Potential' competition, the proceeds of which saw her jetting off the London to study at the World's Premier Culinary S

chool, Le Cordon Bleu, the basics of French Patisserie and cake decorating. After 4 months of training in London, Erin has now returned to the Gold Coast and has decided to expand her cake decorating to the community.
