I always smile when someone orders a galette for the first time… because I already know what’s going to happen.

There’s something about a proper buttery, flaky French galette that never gets old. It’s one of those pastries I grew up with, and making them the traditional way still makes me happy all these years later.

As you probably noticed… we officially switched to morning crepes over a month ago now!

And honestly… the response has been INSANE.

Massive thank you to everyone supporting this little adventure ❤️

You may have also noticed the new setup and all the little changes happening lately,it’s been fun figuring it all out as we go hehe

Julie has been loving the crepe side of things and absolutely smashing it, while I’ve somehow become almost permanently attached to the coffee machine ☕️ (which honestly doesn’t bother me with this cold weather haha).

Reminder New hours:

Tuesday–Friday: 8am–1:15pm
Saturday: 7:30am–11:30/12
