Preserving milk from our cow takes many forms. One of my favourites is labneh. Strained yoghurt, seasoned with salt and spices, roll in mixed herbs and stored in olive oil. Absolute bliss on sourdough with poached eggs 💘

Çilbir for breakfast with my favourite crispy chorizo from Accommodation | Wedding & Events Venue | Farm Stay Tasmania and yoghurt from Shakespeare Hills | Organic Eggs, Beef & Dairy
If you haven't tried this yoghurt, I would 10/10 recommend - it has a beautiful, delicate flavour unlike any other natural yoghurt I've tried and the cream of top is an absolute treat (not pictured because it was blitzed with 5 garlic cloves 🧄😋).
