A little taste of Switzerland at Woodcroft College! 🇨🇭👩‍🍳

Yesterday’s class was all about getting hands-on with dough and making delicious Swiss treats together—from golden Grittibänz to delicate jam-filled biscuits.

Join me for a relaxed four-hour cooking and w**e experience celebrating beautiful food and local flavours.

We’ll begin with an apéro and a glass of w**e, then create gourmet starters and the day's highlight: a beautifully tender, melt-in-the-mouth beef fillet with a complementary sauce and seasonal sides. We’ll finish with a decadent dessert, followed by coffee or tea.

Join me in Goolwa for a wonderfully festive, hands-on experience where Swiss Christmas traditions meet Fleurieu flavour.
Together, we’ll create traditional Swiss festive breads and Christmas cookies, then enjoy a meal, Fleurieu w**es from Kimbolton and Dandelion, and coffee or tea.
