we started the week off with our first bodie at Inglewood on Saturday, than Sunday comes around to load the ute up to head out west to process 7 bodies and 9 lambs for the week 😀 some amazing marbling coming though 😉

big thanks 😊 you to Blair Peachey and Brianna Tulloch for helping out over the week ,making short work out of everything, for everyone to be back home on Thursday

Day 1. Kicked off the weekend with two beautiful 😍 wagyu cow cut up ready for the freezer

Day 2 . Back on the road to the next farm. Where we cut up another beautiful body , weighing in at 425kg dressed.
