Winter just got a whole lot warmer.

Four Seasons Winter 2026
Four Seasons is an ongoing project that evolves year on year, defined by a four-part series of seasonal releases that each express the time of year. 2026 is a year of ‘firsts’, every release to feature something that’s never been attempted at Hawkers.
We’ve done hazies, and we’ve done red IPAs, but our Winter Release marks the first time we’ve ever attempted to hybridise the two, let alone at the hefty ABV of 9.0%. This should keep the winter chill at bay! - Brewers Note

Whisky Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout 2026
Take a journey to the stars with our 2026 Whisky Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout! Every sip is a view into its speckled black depths giving rich, harmonious flavours of whisky with toasty malt aromas and espresso intensity. - Brewers Note

Whisky Barrel-Aged Barleywine 2026
Lush, decadent, and as boundless as the great beyond, our 2026 Whisky Barrel-Aged Barleywine is a perfect balance of barrel influence and rich, caramelly toffee notes. - Brewers Note
Cheers 🍻

From bright citrus refreshment to layers of toasted malt.

Cold Sun
A West Coast Pilsner built for bright, cold days by the coast, where the sun’s out but the air still bites. Crisp, dry and finely structured, driven by a clean Pilsner malt base and a sharp lift of CRYO Mosaic and El Dorado, bringing flashes of citrus, stone fruit and a modern edge. Cold, clear and seriously refreshing. - Brewers Note

Brewer Series 5: Brown
Meet the fifth instalment of our Brewer Series: an American Brown Ale that’s rich, smooth and full of character without losing drinkability.
Born from the US craft beer movement, this style takes traditional English brown ales and dials up the hops – bringing subtle citrus and pine notes into layers of toasted nuts, caramel and dark chocolate malt.
The result is a beer that feels comforting and flavourful, while still finishing clean enough to keep you coming back for another sip. - Brewers Note
Cheers 🍻

High Vis Energy. Juicy IPA.

“You know we love a bit of Vis. We wear it, and now our vehicles do too. Bright and punchy, this IPA uses Mosaic, Galaxy & Peacharine to max out stone fruit and tropical notes. The malts are balanced and sweet. Go on, join the crew and sticker that machine.” - Brewers Note
