🔥 ONE PAN FROOM LASAGNE (no fuss, all flavour)
This is your midweek hero. No béchamel, no layering drama—just a bubbling pan of comfort that basically cooks itself.
What you’ll need:
- 300g FROOM mince
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 3 tbsp oregano
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 jar vine-ripened tomato & chilli passata
- Salt + pepper
- 3–4 lasagne sheets, broken in half
- 1 cup plant-based grated parmesan Made With Plants
- Generous sprinkle of GreenVie Foods parmesan

How it goes down:
- Start by frying the onion + carrot until soft and sweet.
- Add the FROOM mince and brown it off to get that colour happening.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt + pepper.
- Stir it through, then add the passata and let it simmer.
- Splash in a little water to loosen it up.
Now the fun part—stand your broken lasagne sheets upright in the sauce (a bit rustic, a bit chaotic, perfect). Sprinkle over the grated plant-based parmesan and let it simmer gently.
As it cooks, the pasta softens, the sauce thickens, and the edges start to caramelise (don’t rush this part—that’s where the magic is).
Finish with shaved parmesan and a hit of fresh parsley.
