Still making Father’s Day plans? There are plenty of ways to join us at the Brewery this Sunday.

No booking? No worries. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the day across the Mill Bar, B**r Garden and Courtyard, so you can bring Dad and the family along for a fresh “Wayback”, something from the grazing menu and our Father’s Day Spit Roast special.

If dinner is more your style, we still have tables available in the Maltings Bar, with the kitchen open from 4pm – 7.30pm and the Brewery open right through until 9pm.

However you choose to spend it, we’d love to see you this Father’s Day.

We had a huge week at the Brewery last week, and you certainly kept the taps busy. So busy, in fact, that we’ve had to temporarily pause our “Wayback” Irish Stout on tap for this weekend.

The good news? We’ve still got plenty of the good stuff in cans, and this weekend we’re pouring them for just $8 across the venue – in the Maltings Bar, Mill Bar and outdoor areas. It’s basically Happy Hour pricing all weekend, just for Stout (while stocks last).

Meanwhile, Neal is busy brewing a fresh new batch, so we’ll have the Stout flowing from the taps again next week. Until then, if a “Wayback” Stout is your usual order, we’ve got you covered.

Weekend plans are sorted, with live music in the Mill Bar on both Friday and Saturday nights.

On Friday, Ben Malone joins us from 6pm – 9pm. A Southern Highlands multi-instrumentalist with more than a decade of live experience, Ben has performed across the country and knows how to deliver a great night of familiar favourites.

Then on Saturday, we welcome talented musician Michael Amon from 6pm – 9pm, keeping the tunes rolling into Saturday night.

Make a night of it with a fresh “Wayback” in hand and dinner from our grazing menu, all while enjoying some great live music.

Spring is almost here, which means we’re wrapping up our winter Sunday Roast series.

For the final week of the season, we’re serving up succulent Roast Beef, served medium with creamy mashed potatoes, garlic broccolini, spiced carrots, Yorkshire pudding and plenty of gravy.

Join us for one last hearty winter lunch in the Maltings Bar, with the Brewery open from 11am – 5pm and last seating at 3pm.

We’ve got a great line-up of live music this week, with crowd favourites returning to the Brewery to set the soundtrack for your Friday and Saturday night.

Friday night sees locals Garth Prentice - Music and Corbey-Lea back together in the Mill Bar, performing as a duo from 6pm – 9pm. If you’ve caught these two before, you’ll know why we’re excited to welcome them back.

Then on Saturday, Duncan Reay returns for a solo set in the Cooperage from 6pm – 9pm. We’re keeping things cosy, but you can still count on Duncan to bring plenty of energy to the room.

Add a fresh “Wayback” or two and something tasty from the grazing menu, and you’ve got all the makings of a great night out at the Brewery.

This Father’s Day, we’re giving you even more time to treat Dad to good food, fresh brews and great company. By popular demand, we’ve extended our hours on Sunday 6th September and will be open from 11am – 9pm.

Join us for lunch from 11am – 3pm, or the evening as the kitchen team cranks things back up from 4pm – 7.30pm. If you’re after the full dining experience, book a table in the Maltings Bar, or keep things casual with walk-ins welcome for drinks and our grazing menu in the Mill Bar and, if the spring sunshine is on our side, the outdoor areas. We’ll also be firing up the spit for a fantastic Father’s Day special.

Bring the family, kick back and enjoy some quality time together – after all, that’s what Father’s Day is all about.

Our Head Chef Marian is mixing things up for this week’s Sunday Roast, and we think you’re going to love what she has planned.

Crispy Pork Belly with potato gratin, Brussels sprouts, apple slaw, Yorkshire pudding and topped off with our seriously delicious "Wayback" Stout gravy. All in all, a very good reason to make lunch plans at the Brewery this Sunday.

Happy Hour is pouring every Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm – 6pm, with $8 schooners at Goulburn Brewery.

Clock off, round up your crew and settle in for an afternoon drink or two. Then stay for a hearty meal, with the kitchen serving from 5pm.

Weekend plans locked in, with two nights of live music at the Mill Bar.

Friday night 6pm – 9pm, Southern Highlands singer-songwriter Angus Murray brings his engaging blend of original songwriting and a genuine love of performing to the Brewery.

Then on Saturday from 6.30pm – 9.30pm, acclaimed country artist Roo Arcus joins us for an evening of authentic Australian country. A cowboy, cattleman, storyteller and songwriter, Roo has earned national recognition and taken his music from stages across Australia all the way to Nashville and Texas.

Two nights of fantastic live music, tasty eats, plenty of atmosphere – a great reason to settle in at Goulburn Brewery this weekend.
