The Brewery's taking on a Mexican-inspired twist for Day of the Dead on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October, with two days of tasty grazing specials and some fun behind the bar!

On the food front, we'll have tacos, nachos and churros to tempt you. At the bar, classic margaritas will be making an appearance alongside our “Wayback” Lagarita – a fun twist on the traditional margarita that brings l***r into the mix with tequila, triple sec and lime. Who says b**r and cocktails can't be friends?

You'll find our food specials in the Mill Bar and outdoor areas, while the drinks will be available across the whole Brewery.

Good food, fresh pours and two nights of live music – we've got another great weekend lined up at the Brewery!

MoonMan Music joins us on Friday 23rd October from 6 – 9pm, providing the soundtrack for Friday drinks, dinner with friends and a great night out.

On Saturday 24th October from 6 – 9pm, Angus Murray is back, this time performing as a trio.

Word around the Brewery is that our very own General Manager, Steven, may be making a guest appearance with the band on Saturday night. We’re keen to see his musical talents, on what is set to be a fun night.

Join us for dinner or drop in for a drink and enjoy a night, or two, of live music in the Mill Bar.

A change of season is coming to the Brewery’s kitchen, with our current menu set to give way to a fresh line-up in the coming weeks.

It’s been an incredibly popular menu, with plenty of dishes becoming firm favourites among our diners. From hearty mains to scrumptious sides, share plates and indulgent desserts, there’s a lot we’ll be sad to see go!

The good news is there’s still time to revisit a favourite or try something you haven’t had a chance to try yet. Book a table in the Maltings Bar, bring your appetite (and some mates).

The weekend is in sight, and there's plenty happening across the Brewery, including live music on Friday and Saturday nights!

Friday 16th October sees Michael Bray Music back in the Mill Bar from 6 – 9pm, bringing his acoustic mix of country, soul and blues classics. A great soundtrack for a Friday night at the Brewery.

On Saturday 17th October, Southern Highlands singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Angus Murray takes over The Cooperage from 6 – 9pm, bringing his groove-driven musicianship, soulful songwriting and plenty of familiar favourites.

With the sold-out Steampunk Goulburn Banquet taking place in the Mill Bar on Saturday night, there's still plenty happening across the rest of the Brewery. Book a table in the Maltings Bar for dinner, or keep things casual with drinks, grazing and live music in The Cooperage or our outdoor areas.

Well, that was an Oktoberfest to remember!

Nearly 500 people joined us at the Brewery on Saturday, and we loved seeing everyone getting into the spirit. From the spectacular Bavarian outfits to the friendly rivalry in our competitions, you certainly didn't hold back.

The food went down a treat, plenty of steins were raised and the live music kept the atmosphere going throughout the day. Thankfully, the sun kept shining too.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and made the day what it was. We had so much fun hosting you all and couldn't have asked for a better crowd.

Consider this official confirmation: we are VERY ready for Oktoberfest tomorrow.

The Brewery is set, the b**r is chilled, the kitchen is ready to fire up and the team has fully committed to the dress code.

It all kicks off tomorrow, Saturday 10th October, from 12pm with special brews, food specials, games, prizes and plenty happening across the Brewery right through until 8pm.

Classic Pilsner, Berlin Sour and Märzen plus a selection of special cocktails will be pouring alongside the full line-up of “Wayback” favourites. Then there’s the music, with the Oompah Band bringing the brass from 1 – 3pm and Wh**ky Business taking over from 4 – 7pm.

If you haven’t grabbed your ticket yet, consider this your final nudge.

Show off your skills at Oktoberfest this Saturday 10th October!

We’ve got a full line-up of games and competitions happening throughout the day, with co****le, horseshoe toss, apple bobbing, stein carry and four-way tug-of-war all putting your Oktoberfest credentials to the test.

There’ll also be prizes up for grabs, plus a Best Dressed competition for anyone going all-in on the Bavarian look.

Bring your competitive streak, back yourself and get involved. With live music, plenty of “Wayback” b**r and games running across the afternoon, it’s shaping up to be a very fun Saturday at the Brewery.

We’ve got a huge weekend ahead at the Brewery, and the live music starts on Friday night.

Joe Conroy brings a soulful mix of folk, blues and country to the Mill Bar from 6 – 9pm on Friday 9th October. The talented Northern NSW musician and storyteller blends original songs with old favourites and reimagined covers. It’s set to be a cracking night of free live music to kick off the weekend.

Then on Saturday 10th October, it’s full Oktoberfest mode. The Oompah Band hits the stage from 1 – 3pm, followed by Wh**ky Business from 4 – 7pm, all part of a huge afternoon of b**r, food, games and festivities across the Brewery. Don't forget to grab your tickets for this fun event.

Make the most of your long weekend Sunday at the Brewery, with extended hours from 11am – 9pm and live music in the Mill Bar with Angus Murray, 1 – 4pm.

With daylight saving kicking in and the weather expected to clear, it’s a great chance to enjoy that extra hour of evening light in our outdoor areas with something from the grazing menu. Or book a table in the Maltings Bar and join us for lunch or dinner.
