It's back-to-back live music this weekend in the Mill Bar.

Acoustic duo Fletcher Von Holstein will set the soundtrack for your Friday night from 6pm – 9pm, with Tall Puppy Syndrome joining us for an unplugged session and plenty of good times on Saturday from 6pm – 9pm.

Pair the live tunes with fresh "Wayback" pours, tasty grazing plates and a cosy night at the Brewery.

A new tradition has arrived at the Brewery with our Sunday Roast Winter Special, available exclusively in Maltings Bar.

Each Sunday throughout the colder months, we'll be serving up a different roast, giving you a new reason to join us for lunch.

This week's feature is Roast Porchetta from Southern NSW for $35 (plus Sunday surcharge), served with rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes, apple slaw, Brussels sprouts, gravy and a traditional baked Yorkshire pudding.

Add your favourite freshly poured "Wayback" and settle in for a leisurely afternoon at the Brewery.

Live music, a cosy new indoor space opening to the public, and a Sunday roast special – there's plenty happening at the Brewery this weekend.

On Friday night, Harriet Lowe brings live music to the Mill Bar from 6pm – 9pm, alongside fresh "Wayback" pours and our tasty grazing menu. Walk-ins welcome, no bookings required.

On Saturday, the Mill Bar and its dining area will be open from 11am before the dining area closes from 3pm for a private function. The bar will remain open.

We're taking the opportunity to officially open The Cooperage to the public for the first time. Perfectly timed with winter settling in, this newly restored space features a fireplace, relaxed seating and stacks of rustic Brewery charm. The Cooperage will be open from 11am Saturday and Sunday for grazing and drinks, with no bookings required. You'll find the entrance via the Beer Garden, between Maltings Bar and the tower.

If you're looking for our full dining experience, Maltings Bar will be open regular hours across the weekend, serving our full dining menu. Our popular Sunday roast lunch special will also make a return – more details on that tomorrow. Bookings are recommended for Maltings Bar.

If your long weekend plans involve great food, fresh pours and live music, we've got you covered. We've even extended our Sunday trading hours, giving you more time to settle in and enjoy it all.

Join us as we welcome three great live acts to the Mill Bar:
Friday 6pm – 9pm: Fletcher Von Holstein
Saturday 6pm – 9pm: Ruby Holden
Sunday 3pm – 6pm: Steve Ruddell

We're open our regular hours on Friday and Saturday, while on Sunday we'll be open from 11am – 9pm (last seating 7:30pm).

As part of our extended Sunday hours, the kitchen will be operating all day, with grazing plates available in the Mill Bar and the full dining menu available in Maltings Bar. Bookings are recommended for Maltings Bar.

Please note the Brewery will be closed on Monday, as per our regular opening hours.

Our new winter Dining Menu has landed at Maltings Bar, and it's a cracker.

Think slow-cooked favourites, hearty mains, seasonal sides and comforting country pub classics, inviting you to settle in for a cosy lunch or dinner.

You'll also find our own "Wayback" beers making their way from the brew hall to the kitchen, featuring in everything from rich gravies and braises to our Stout sticky date pudding.

While some of the dishes also appear on our Grazing Menu available in the Mill Bar and outdoor areas, Maltings Bar is home to the full dining experience, with a broader selection of hearty dishes and seasonal specials.

Bookings recommended on weekends.
