Bright aromas of preserved lemon, fresh spring herbs flow onto a lively palate with great fruit weight and saline acidity that drives the wine to a long and crisp finish. Barrel fermentation supports the fruit and enhances texture and palate weight. ⁠
⁠
This wine is ready to drink now, but it will also reward cellaring for up to 15 years. The wine will develop more roundness and honey toasty characters as it ages.⁠

100% single-vineyard Gin Gin clone, hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, then matured in a mix of new and seasoned French oak.

Rich yet refined. Complex and layered. Beautifully textured, with incredible depth and length.

Drinking beautifully now, with all the structure to reward patience in the cellar.

It’s known as the slow season, but this is when the real work happens. Rainfall is captured to power the farm through summer, the vineyard’s soil health is built from the ground up, and the orchard and garden beds burst into life.⁠
