Just in time for a Father’s Day treat, two new desserts have arrived in our cabinet.

One pairs roasted quince with honey and vanilla mousse, gluten-free brown butter sponge and hazelnut praline crunch.

The other brings together a cherry and Tasmanian pepperberry centre, dark chocolate mousse and gluten-free almond chocolate sponge.

Both are made entirely in-house and available while they last.
