Every dessert in our cabinet is proudly made in-house at Paperbark Tasmania.
We use seasonal ingredients wherever possible, including many locally grown Tasmanian fruits, and put a great deal of time, care and attention into every dessert we create.
From classic brownies and cakes through to our seasonal desserts and entremets, everything is made right here in our kitchen. We work hard to make them look beautiful, but more importantly, we work hard to make them taste great too.
Sometimes people are surprised to learn they’re made in-house, which we take as a compliment. The reality is there’s a lot of early mornings, planning, testing and hard work behind every item in the cabinet.
We’re proud of what we do, and we’re grateful for everyone who chooses to support a small independent café.
