Crispy Air Fryer Chips 🍟

You really don’t need much to make seriously good chips at home.

Cut your potatoes into thick chips, soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes, drain and dry them really well, then toss with a little oil.

Air fry at 200°C until beautifully golden and crispy, shaking them halfway through.

The important bit? Season them with Shanez Kentucky Salt while they’re still piping hot. 👌
