One of our biggest competitors ships their beef and other meat in a postal truck.They are a subscription-based business....

One of our biggest competitors ships their beef and other meat in a postal truck.

They are a subscription-based business.
They process centrally and distribute nationally.

The problem is they operate out of a single warehouse and once the beef leaves their facility, refrigeration is not guaranteed all the way to the door.

I know this because someone in our network flagged it when they were looking for investment years ago and we have had customers reach out and say that their chicken arrived green.

The advice they got at the time, you need regional warehouses. Solve the cold chain problem before you scale.

They did not. And now they are losing customers because of it.

Cold chain matters. Beef that has been through a postal truck on a warm day is not the same product that left the facility.

Every order we deliver goes out refrigerated and comes directly to your door. That is not a small thing.

The product starts in the paddock. It does not finish until it is in your freezer, in the same condition it left ours.

That is the standard. Non-negotiable.
