Riesling is in, and vintage officially kicked off yesterday 💃 1.413t of 50 year old, dry grown Riesling.

Looks like we might have enough for a straight Riesling, if the w**e hits the grade we are chasing!

Vintage 24 kicks off tomorrow… wish us luck! 💃

Our 2023 Rosé is now available on the website, can you believe this is the 4th release of this w**e… and where it all began for us back on the 13th of October 2020!

Sticking close to our core idea with this w**e, using Grenache and Mataro to create a w**e that has both fruit and savoury characters with plenty of length and texture.

In 2023 we hand picked the 100 year old dry grown WEM’s Grenache on the same day as Shea & Kylie’s 90+ year old dry grown bush vines. Grenache makes up 52% of the blend, while the balance comes from Wayne and Suzi at **es in Vine Vale, certified organic and biodynamic fruit grown on sand.

We hope you continue to enjoy our Rosé and just wanted to say thank you for the support with the last 3 vintages!

Our current lineup of w**es (and non-alcs) is looking very summery 😍

We have SOLD OUT of Pet Nat and released our 2023 Rosé!

Also, just a heads up that if you like our Mutant, get in quick as we are down to our last few dozen… And sadly, we can’t get the fruit anymore, so the current release is the last 😔

Who loves chilled red? 🙋🏼‍♂️ Grenache is one of those varieties that works so well chilled during the warmer months. Pop it in the fridge for a half hour to an hour before serving and enjoy!

Ed from did just that 👌👏🍷 Photo credit to Ed also 📸

Vineyard inspections with Ollie (2).

December was a fairly wet month, but the Greenock Riesling is starting to yellow off a bit, showing signs of the dry winter and spring.
Fortunately Grenache thrives in dry conditions and is looking great! Here we have Shea & Kylie’s vineyard, which is a 90+ year old, dry grown, bush vine Grenache vineyard in Ebenezer, at the northern end of the Barossa Valley.
