I always pour leftover soup in to these Tupperware pitchers. Less bulky for the fridge. And easy to pour out to reheat.
With the chicken soup yesterday, I bought diced chicken already done, and a bag of chopped vegies, so it literally was chuck in and cook. So easy. And it's soooo yummy!
It'll be a staple this winter.

I need to get my gut health sorted, now that I've quit my demanding job that saw me eat terribly and put on weight.

Honestly, Butter Chicken has been forever in my top 5 fave recipes. I always had a batch of tandoori paste in my fridge. I found a huge ass jar of Butter Chicken paste at Costco, and I don't make the paste any more. Convenience won!
I find the flavour our jar products so awful since owning a Thermomix. Jar flavour just does not compare to freshly made with real products.
But this!! This is amazing! And the price would be cheaper than the ingredients needed for the paste, for sure. I think it was around $13?

I brown onion in my tm6. Add chicken, some of this sauce, tin of mango, can of coconut cream, tbs brown sugar and voila! Easy easy easy!

Boiled rice in my Thermomix while I'm frying freshly made Naan bread.
Best, filling warm winters meal!!

To be honest, it was a tad bland, so I added some tomato paste in the end. Not bad at all. Super easy, and super quick! 😍

Lalas Creamy Lemon Chicken.
This is one of my fave meals. SOOOOO easy. Really quick prep, then in the oven for 30mins.
I created this recipe on my TM6, but for TM5 owners, just cook it off recipe community.
I double the recipe. Double everything. But triple the lemon nom nom!
Make sure it's the quick version that skips the frying of the chicken.

No picture of tonights end result, I forgot. But added some recent ones. I used dried Thyme tonight too as didn't have fresh.
