Last week we held our annual Irrigation Research Update!

We heard from some amazing speakers, including our keynote speaker Georgiena Ryan, who spoke on Family Farming Succession and Tax Implications.
A key takeaway was that ag land has appreciated at a faster rate than most other asset classes over the past ten years. Whilst this has been good for the balance sheet and business equity, it has also increased the size of the capital gains problem when handing to the next generation.

It was a great day and we are looking forward to holding it again next year!
