As part of Fireside Festival, we present to you - Swine & Vine...
A celebration of our Estate Grown Wines paired with the humble Pig.
Indulge at Medhurst Wines and experience the classic flavours of Porchetta when paired with our Estate Grown Wines. Cooked low and slow on the spit, over coals, and under the watchful eye of the talented who we wholeheartedly welcome back for a second year.
Our Cellar Door will be transformed from 3pm – 6pm where we will see Khristian prepare a long lunch feast served family style across one long table through the centre of our Cellar Door. There will be a selection of entrees and snacks followed by spit-roasted Porchetta, roasted root veggies, Brussels with bacon and a range of other hearty dishes to accompany. We will finish with an indulgent Tiramisu, spooned tableside to wrap things up!
We will have a selection of our Museum wines to enjoy on the day with our current vintages available also.
Golden hour will be on full display, fire pits will be dotted around our gardens, and live jazz will set the mood.

If you can’t make the event, we will have Fireside festivities running from 11am - 2pm on the same day, Sunday 28th June where we will have firepits dotted around our gardens, Porchetta Rolls available for purchase, and free hot chocolate and marshmallows for the kids!!
