This week's vintage vlog is the first crush — machine-harvested Riverland Fiano coming through the door, equipment failing immediately, and a scramble to get everything back on track.

Along the way we get into oxidative juice handling, why we deliberately turn our juice brown, NTU targets, a rack and splash demo, and why Zibibbo's pH is already keeping me up at night.
