True confession: Biscoff cookies happened because I couldn't stop eating the spread straight from the jar. 😅

I figured — if I'm going to eat half a jar anyway, I might as well bake it into something worth sharing.

Now they're one of our most-loved cookies. Biscoff base, a drizzle on top, and a Lotus biscuit pressed in while it's still warm.

Made fresh every morning. $8 each — come grab one before they're gone.

It's not even 7am yet.

The oven's on. Coffee's brewing. And for just a few minutes before we open — it's quiet.

This is my favourite part of the day. Just the smell of something baking and a few deep breaths before the rush.
