We’ve been having way too much fun creating new products in the smoke oven lately — and you guys have been absolutely loving them, so we’re not stopping anytime soon! 🙌

Today we have made a new creation for you guys!! 🐷✨

Pork Tenderloin stuffed with sage and onion stuffing, garlic, spinach and carrot rolled in bacon.

We will have some available in store or call or messege to order so you don’t miss out! 🥬✨

There aren’t many first-year apprentices who get the opportunity to break beef this early and even fewer who are trusted to do it confidently.

Arlo has put his hand up every single day to learn, ask questions and have a crack, and it’s been awesome watching his confidence grow.

The trade is about so much more than holding a knife. It’s about patience, consistency, attention to detail and taking pride in every cut that leaves the shop.

We’re pretty proud of how far he’s come already, and this is only the beginning. 💪🥩
