A new year, a new pie. Our keen correspondents are in Guyra NSW this week, coinciding with the Lamb and Potato Festival! What better way to combine the two stars of the show with a lamb and potato pie, putting a lamb twist on the classic Shepherds Pie.

The festival goes for 12 days so if you’ve got a few days head up to the tablelands and round ‘em up!
