Located in northern NSW, we run a stud herd of 220 registered Angus females, alongside a commercial herd of 700 pure Angus females. Our sole business is breeding & selling commercial & stud Angu

s cattle. We offer Registered & Performance Recorded Angus Sires for sale annually.

2024 marks the 55th year of operation for our Stud. Using our stud bred bulls for commercial joinings, our own commercial Angus herd has been a ‘proving’ ground to gauge the performance of our stud program throughout this time. This first-hand, long term experience in the performance of our Angus genetics in a commercial setting, sets us apart in the Angus seedstock industry. Our Bull Sale Team is backed by long-term formal performance recording & one of the most extensive pre-sale testing programs in the seedstock industry. This ensures buyers have independent, objective data on the breeding functionality of our bulls; their Fertility, Pedigree & Genetic Merit, Structural Soundness & Vet Health Status. Importantly, this enables buyer’s to select those bulls best suited to their environment & program, & who will actually breed-on to improve progeny performance & profitability.

Runs on the Board.

Just over half of our 2026 Bull Sale Team we used as yearlings in our own stud & commercial joinings in the Spring of 2025. Many of these calves are on the ground already.

For more than 30 years, breeding Angus bulls for our own use has been integral to our seedstock program.

Sure would love some timely & plentiful Spring rain on the Northern Tablelands to bring an end to the hand feeding gig.

A well balanced son of Dunoon Recharge R102 out of a 2yo 1st-calf heifer. He offers a great combination of moderate Birthweight, very good Calving Ease with very high Growth genetics. Very strong genetic merit for premium carcase traits; Carcase Weight, EMA & IMF.

A sound bull with moderate frame & Muscle Score C+. Scored 2 for Coat Type; very short & slick. Very high for all Selection Indexes; Angus Breeding, Domestic, Heavy Grain & Heavy Grass.

Some of our commercial 2yo 1st-calf heifers. These calves are progeny of a run of bulls who sell as part of our 2026 Bull Sale Team.

If you're chasing heifer bulls to use this Spring, just over half of our 2026 Bull Sale Team have low to moderate Birthweight EBVs & about two thirds have +ve, better than breed average Calving Ease EBVs.
