I have recently returned to cooking after being a professional musician for the last 25 years. Previously I was a chef in top hotels in Scotland. I have worked as a soul chef, head chef and pastry

chef. I have a passion for Indian food and want to offer some delicious meals to our local community.

Hi All, we’ve been having some enquires asking when we’ll be starting up deliveries again. Unfortunately I’ve recently had a bad accident which has left me immobile for at least 3 months.
While we plan on coming back for a Winter banquet if possible we can’t give a date yet. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. We will be back! 🌶️🙏

Hi Everyone,

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided to move Flavour Trail Banquets from a monthly release to a quarterly one.

Part of that is simply wanting to create a better balance for our family life while also giving us more time to develop the kind of menus we’re most proud of.

Thanks so much to everyone who’s supported us along the way so far!

A few shots from the making of our Signature Pork Vindaloo.

Dark, rich and properly satisfying, with a pork shoulder and pork belly combo, coconut vinegar and jaggery giving it that deep sweet-sour edge alongside chilli and spices. It has a nice chilli kick, but it won’t blow your head off. We always go for flavour over heat. It’s incredibly tasty.

Hi we hope you’re enjoying the Easter long weekend!

Coming up on Saturday April 18 we have a fabulous Goan feast for you featuring classic pork vindaloo which is spicy and tangy not fiery hot! And a milder but also delicious coconut based chicken curry.

As per your requests we have added an option to upsize the main curry for an extra $7.50. And below are some suggestions on how to pair your accompaniments with the dishes.

“The green cafreal yoghurt is for the lamb patties, while the coconut & cucumber yoghurt helps cool the vindaloo. The lime pickle adds a sharp, salty kick to either curry, and the pickled red onion is especially good with the vindaloo and soft rolls.“

We’re back again this weekend!

This one’s shaping up really nicely — lots of slow cooking, big flavour!

On the menu:

• Crispy cauliflower pakora with raita
• Black cardamom beef (rich, slow cooked, mild heat) or lamb & fennel (spicier, deeply aromatic, really nice balance)
• Jeera rice + smoked butter naan
• Roasted carrot salad
• Optional dessert of fabulous coconut sticky date pudding and toffe sauce with a hint of cinnamon.

Everything’s made from scratch like always

$65 for two
Add both mains for $15

Delivered hot and fresh to your door.

We only do a limited number each time, so once they’re gone that’s it.
