Hi everyone. So sorry for the complete disappearance without any explanation. As some of you may know, I run this little treat stall with my partner, however he is unable to help me anymore as he owns and operates his own business full time as well. As of now this means that I won’t be able to continue running American Fair, however I will continue to look at options for the future to see if there’s a way for me to be able to continue.

Thank you so so much to everyone for the support during the last 9 months! It was fun teaching all you Aussies what a funnel cake is 🎡

Santa is coming to Rainbow this Sunday and so are we! If you’ve never had a funnel cake before, then say hi to your new favourite treat! They’re like a doughnut (only better 🤫).

We’ve got mangoes and cream as our seasonal topping and nothing beats the heat quite as well as a nice big scoop of ice cream on top as well. We will also have all of our other custom toppings and every funnel cake is made fresh to order so you can feel free to design your own as you please!

We will be at the festivities starting from 3pm at the Rainbow Beach Community Hall. See y’all Sunday! ❤️🎅🏼

Two market days in a row got to me last weekend and I realised with my LAST TWO customers of the day, that my price signs had been wrong the entire day and I was charging everyone $2 more than what I had on the sign. SO, that being said, this weekend we will be bringing all of the prices down $2 again and I will actually be standing by that price because I need to pay for my mistakes!

We will hopefully have mangos and cream this weekend as a new flavour if I can get my hands on some nice ripe mangoes, otherwise we will have all the classic favourites and will be brainstorming new and exciting flavours for the near future.

Come out to the Alford Park Duck Pond markets this Sunday and grab yourself a tasty treat 😍

We have finally got some sunny weather to play in! We will be attending the 5th annual Wolvi Stomp this coming weekend from 28/10 - 30/10. This is a ticketed event but it will be a great weekend of music and camping and FUNnel cakes! Tickets are still available online and if you’re scared of some potential rain, you can get weekend passes that don’t include camping and you can travel in! Though the weather report so far seems to be in our favour either way. Come treat yourself!

The rain last weekend was a super bummer, but we’ll be crossing our fingers that it holds off this Sunday (16/10) for the Alford Park Duck Ponds markets!

Hopefully distance made the heart grow fonder because we are finally back and ready to make some funnel cakes!

American Fair will be attending the Gympie Showgrounds Farmers Market this weekend, Sunday 9/10. Come by to fulfil your sweet tooth with a yummy yummy funnel cake!

Our strawberry patch produced some great looking fruit this week so we will be using homegrown strawberries for the Strawberries and Cream funnel cake while available so come early if you want to guarantee some sweet sweet homegrown strawberries and cream action. This one has a scoop of ice cream added on as well because why the heck not!?

Every funnel cake is made hot and fresh to order and you can choose from any of our custom cakes, or feel free to build your own!
