Our Story

Terramac Boer goats began operation in July 2014, taking over the Macgregors Boer Goat Stud in which we had been partners since 2008, and purchasing the stock from Terraweena Boer Goat Stud.

In 2016 Terramac relocated from the Darling Downs to the Wide Bay area of south east Queensland, where we continue to breed fullblood and percentage Boers.

Other than overall visual correctness, the particular traits we look for in our animals are production traits such as growth rate and muscling, worm-resistance, good mothering ability and feet which do not require regular trimming. Our sires are carefully selected on these qualities.
